How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where can I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page in the menu — enter your order number and email address to see the live status of your delivery.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Manage Your Subscription in the menu. Enter your email and we'll send you a secure login link — no password needed. From there you can delay, pause or cancel anytime.

When will I notice results?

Results are cumulative. Most customers take Clareva daily for 30–90 days before noticing the full effect — consistency is key.

I have a payment or billing issue

Reach out to us first and we'll fix it fast — usually within 24 hours. Contacting us directly is far quicker than a bank dispute, which can take 30 to 90 days to resolve.

Are my payment details safe?

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
